Step 1: Primer

It’s a waterproof barrier that locks in glitter and prevents smudging. It’s necessary to make sure you use a good quality primer that doesn’t wrinkle or cake up. You can use any primer, but we recommend using a glitter primer if it’s available. Be sure to dust the product onto your eyelid, then pat off any excess.
Step 2: Blend and set
Be sure to blend the product onto your eyelid and crease areas. You can then use any loose powder to set the colour. If anybody has dry skin, they may want to skip this part, but it’s essential to remove all excess.
