Best Home Remedies To Remove Whiteheads On Nose

Are you going through a challenging situation due to Whiteheads? Don’t know how to get rid of them? Then you’ll find all you need in this article. Whiteheads are a skin condition caused by sebum, dead skin cells and dirt. And your hands feel itchy to pop the Whiteheads. But even you know it doesn’t work at all. Then what to do? So, don’t worry and let this article guide you.

What Causes Whiteheads on Nose?

Whiteheads On Nose

Whiteheads are pimples or acne that occur because of the blockage of the outflow of the oil glands. The excessive oil flow combines with the dead skin cells and makes it look white or yellow.

We can see this problem mainly in people with Oily and combination skin tone. The T- zone or your nose is more prone to oily skin than the rest of your face. Whiteheads mainly affect teenagers or young adults in their early 20s. They go through hormonal changes, which is one of the reasons for whiteheads.

Then, bacteria on your face can cause whiteheads as the germs combine with dead skin cells and sebum. And you are clogging the hair follicles of your face, especially your nose. Other causes of Whiteheads are side effects of certain medications, pregnancy, too much keratin production etc. These are the common you have Whiteheads.

Tips for Whitehead?

●     Deep Cleansing Your Face

Use your face wash to clean your face twice a day. And scrub your face once or twice a week. Remember that your skin is sensitive, so don’t try harsh scrub or soap on your face. And it will be best if you wash your face before going to bed.

●     Don’t Use certain Products.

Don’t use products that contain a lot of oily substances. Your face is already producing excessive oil. And using a product that contains oil is useless for your skin. Then avoid products that contain fragrances or chemicals.

You can use glycerine to maintain the water balance of your skin. Products that contain hyaluronic acid are perfect for your skin. It’s light and maintains the right amount of moisture in your face.

●     Avoid heavy makeup

Don’t put heavy makeup on your face. When you have Whiteheads, your hair follicles are already clogged, so putting on heavy makeup can worsen. Your skin needs a place to breathe, but the chemicals inside makeup products can clog up and block the pores. So, instead of applying thick makeup to hide your whiteheads, apply a thin layer of it. And remove it as soon as you go home.

●     A Proper Diet

Avoid eating unhealthy food, as it affects your skin. Chocolate, cream cake, fried, these reactivate the bacteria in your face and cause Whiteheads. Eat healthy food, nuts, and seeds high in antioxidants, fatty acids, and zinc.
